Amenities continue to enhance Vasse Village

Shoppers and patrons to Vasse Village now can avail of free WiFi while visiting the village centre.

Installation has been completed with the wireless connection area extending from the corner of Napoleon Promenade and Birak Lane to the roundabout connecting Napoleon Promenade and Coomidup Boulevard, including the arcade area.

Alex Meares, Vasse Estate Project Manager said it was elating to watch as the final public amenities and services came to life in Vasse Village.

“From this week, visitors to Vasse Village will be able to log into Village Free WiFi for a maximum of two hours” said Alex.

“Vasse Village is one of the few public areas that provides free WiFi for visitors and one of the only shopping precincts in the South West to do so.

“We wanted to ensure that Vasse Village would be a place for the community to shop, relax and connect and in offering free public amenities and facilities we are honouring our commitment to the development.

“As well as free WiFi, village patrons can avail of a recently installed bike repair station that features retractable tools and bike pump located near the toilet block behind the arcade.

“The arcade links the Village centre to the historic Wardandi Track that provides a scenic walk and cycleway taking in our natural surrounds.

“You can also take a short walking tour of the history of Vasse, with a series of plaques along Napoleon Promenade depicting the origins of our modern village centre, alongside thoughtfully selected art installations that together create a truly vibrant hub”.

Vasse Village continues to evolve and is home to a diverse number of local and family businesses. Visit vassevillage.com.au for full store directory, news and updates.
