Exciting new landmark development confirmed for Vasse Village

Growth looks set to continue at Vasse Village in 2019 with the sale of Lot 109 settling late last year.

This prime, main street block will soon be home to a wine bar / restaurant anchor tenant, adding to the existing dining options on Napoleon Promenade.

“We are very pleased to announce that a renowned, local builder has purchased this significant block and look forward to watching the streetscape evolve as construction begins” said the Vasse Development Partners.

“The new owners are very excited at the opportunity to build a landmark development that will enhance and add to the vibrancy of our Village.

“Construction is set to commence in March with completion expected later in the year and in time for future traders to open their doors in time for the busy Christmas trade.

“The building will be constructed using local stone and feature timbers, while also complementing existing village architecture and of course the adjoining Village Arcade and surrounding art installations”.

“We are also very pleased that our most recent traffic statistics have indicated that the numbers of people coming to Vasse Village continue to increase.

“Traffic to the Village increased by 12% over the last quarter of 2018 with an average of 3200 vehicles coming through both Napoleon Promenade and Coomidup Boulevard daily in each direction”.

Vasse Village is now home to a diverse number of local and family businesses with exciting new developments to commence early next year and further expand the retail opportunities to the local community.

The array of personal and health service providers includes Vasse Family Medical Centre, Latitude 33.7 Physiotherapy, South West Paediatrics, Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation, Vasse Dental, Vasse Pharmacy, Cinco Hair Boutique, Renew Skin & Beauty, Nifty Nails and Hair at Vasse.
