Offering an innovative and personalised service in a cosy and comfortable environment, Cinco Hair Boutique recently opened its doors in Vasse Village
With a fresh and fun vibe, luxe interior and the skills of talented local hairdresser Kendall Drake, Cinco’s clientele can experience the feel of a city hair salon, right in the centre of Vasse Village.
“Opening my own salon has always been a dream of mine,” said Cinco Hair Boutique’s owner Kendall Drake.
“Originally from Busselton, Vasse has always stood out as an ideal location and I envisaged that it would become a central hub between Margaret River, Dunsborough and Busselton.
“Owning my own salon has been my biggest achievement, while building my brand and recognising that hard work and a vision are key to reaching goals.
“Cinco originally started as a wedding hairstyling business, where I would travel throughout the South West each weekend during the wedding season.
“While I still love being part of weddings, the salon is now my main focus. Just a month into opening, I have taken on my first staff member and anticipate an opportunity for a senior hairdresser to join the team in the coming months.
“The artistic side of hairdressing is my passion, creating a look from scratch and assisting my clients to look and feel their best.
“Even though I qualified as a hairdresser eight years ago, I continue to upskill yearly and stay on top of the latest hairdressing trends.
“I love being able to educate my clients on how to look after their hair. In ten years time I would love to have a number of salons across the region and am inspired by the success to date of Cinco in the Vasse community”.
Cinco Hair Boutique joins a range of specialty stores and service providers in Vasse Village including newly opened Hanson Property, Renew Skin and Beauty and The Village Chippy and established retailers Magpie Coffee Café, Vasse Village Lotto & News, Vasse Medical Centre, Vasse Pharmacy, Latitude 33.7 Physiotherapy, Coles Supermarket and McDonalds on Napoleon Promenade.
